1. Tariffs
The tariffs, which include VAT, are subject to change without notice.
2. Payment
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Payment will, be debited from your account on departure. You are responsible for confirming that you are the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card and that your details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
3. Deposits
A credit card number may be used to guarantee your room and will be charged a non-refundable deposit of £20 per room per night.
4. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation less than 3 days in advance, the Hotel will charge one night’s accommodation per room reserved. Stays covering a Saturday night are for a minimum of two nights, if reservations are amended to only a Saturday night a charge will be incurred. We recommend that guests take out insurance to cover last minute cancellations. During your stay, if you wish to shorten it, we kindly request you to inform our Reception Desk 72 hours in advance. On the contrary, a penalty will be charged.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Your room will be available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival. For earlier arrivals, luggage can be stored and moved to your room by our Porter service. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.
6. Dining at the Hotels
The restaurant does not require reservations. It simply operates on a first-come-first-serve basis.
7. Children
We welcome children at the Hotel, but expect parents to ensure that their children do not spoil the enjoyment of other guests. Children under 16 sharing a room with two full paying adults utilizing a Z Bed will be charged £20.00 or a cot at £15.00 per night. Children occupying their own room pay full rate.
8. Cancellation
AThe Duke William shall have the right at any time (giving as much notice as possible to the client) to cancel the reservation in the event the Hotel or any part thereof is closed due to circumstances outside its control, including (without limitation) by reason of fire; flooding; unavailability or interruption of water, fuel, light or any other power supplies; mandatory or voluntary compliance with any direction, request or order of any person having or appearing to have authority (local or national); strikes; lock outs or other labour disputes or shortage of staff.
9. Use of The Hotels
The customer shall comply with all licensing, health and safety, hygiene and all other regulations relating to the Hotels, as well not cause any physical damages to the premises. Any damage caused will be billed accordingly.
10. General
While the Hotels have taken all responsible steps to ensure that the information contained in brochures, tariffs, leaflets or other advertising or promotional material is accurate, the same shall not be or be deemed to be a representation or warranty of the same. The Hotels reserve the right to alter, substitute, suspend or withdraw any service facility or amenity at any time (with or without notice) and the Customer shall raise no objection in relation thereto.
